Enjoyed sitting in this outdoor, open-air restaurant located on the wall of the harbor! The evening breeze was so refreshing and there is a great view of the San Felipe de Barajas Castle and the La Popa convent all illuminated. Unique location for a drink - beer or cocktail. Mid-range prices.

The spot on the wall of the harbor is very nice and romantic. The food selection is reasonable and prices are in the mid-range. Service is great!

What a great venue! Sitting atop the wall, which partially surrounds Cartagena's old city, having a beer and watching the sunset. There are signs indicating historic points of interests, lounge like setup and good music. Definitely a place to go back to.

The view and location on top of a former fortress is the only positive for this restaurant. Service is slow. When I asked for a draft, they did not have it. I asked for a Peroni, and they also did not have. House of the beer and they have nothing but bottled Águila (10,000 here instead of 6-8 in the... More

Go at night. After sunset the breeze picks up and makes it quite pleasant. The staff are very attentive and the food was good. Drinks, as seems to be the norm in Cartagena were excellent. Since no one at the restaurant speaks English make sure you can read a little bit.

Nice place for a drink outside, quite windy but nice view towards Castillo San Felipe. Also have food options but its more a bar than a restaurant.

Loved the view and atmosphere. Staff were great too. We had basically beer and bar food- what we were in the mood for. I would definitely go again.

The furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. We were with a party of 12 and my wife and I were the only two who ordered beers. We receive the beers after 15 minutes and two follow ups. They brought out chips with no salsa, no plates, no forks, and no napkins. Not exaggerating when I say it was like they dumped... More

It has a beautiful view no matter your location. Beer is cold and tastes like heaven. Given its location in Getsemani neighborhood it's kinda far from everything else. It was also pretty lonely when we went. It was still a good experience.
