Varied menu and good options for sharing. Lovely setting, although we were put on a side table which was a bit annoying with people constantly walking past and slow service response.

Awesome spot in El Poblado. The atmosphere is super cute. The sangria was amazing. The steak quesadilla was one of the best quesadillas I’ve ever had! Love this place.
We went to La Bronca for a celebratory dinner on the last night of our trip with 20 nomads. Every single part of the night was a nightmare. The service was extremely inattentive and unfriendly. But that wouldn't have mattered so much if the food...was good. Instead, it was quite literally the worst I've had in Medellin -- and some of the most expensive. I ordered the striploin at the predictable and perfunctory recommendation of the waiter. As usual, I ordered it medium. When it arrived, it had been lightly seared on one side and actually cooked on the other. The seared side was blue. I asked for it to be actually cooked and after arguing for a while the waiter took it away and then brought it back grey in the middle. This is for 89k COP, the second most expensive steak in Poblado. My girlfriend's salmon was similarly uncooked and mealy -- clearly poor quality frozen salmon. Looking around the table, every plate was left at least half full except those who got the ceviche who eyed everyone else's plates but gave up after a bite of anyone's food. We paid cash and had to count out the money with the waiters five times before they were sure they had the right amount. Then after we left, the waiters chased after us and stopped us across the street, insisting that we hadn't paid the full amount. We counted it *again* and of course it was the right amount. Shady service, disgusting food. I would recommend eating ANYWHERE other than this place.More
We just popped into this place for a drink, sat at the bar. Quite a few people eating but casual enough for just a drink. We had a Rangpur gin, very nicely made.
Good music and atmosphere. House wine was just ok ( I’m a bit of a snob though) but the octopus was 5+++++. Amazing!!
I really like this restaurant and eat at this place multiple times a month. Today I went for lunch and was surprised by the a waiters answer to my request for a tap water glass: NO I CANT, WE DO HAVE TAP WATER BUT YOU...HAVE TO BUY IT. WE CALL IT "HOUSE WATER" which is tap water in a jar. I refused to take it and said that I eat there often and as in many other restaurants in Medellin I always request tap water. The waiter then explained that because of a management decision they are now selling tap water as part of their commercial strategy. It's sad that a good place, with awesome food and great atmosphere, gets so blinded by greed that goes to these lengths for improving their bottom line with already expensive dishes. Such a shame probably wont be ging back. I encourage people planning to visit to order tap water and demand it for free.More
I spent an afternoon for lunch here dining solo. Awesome music, service, food and drink selection. Highly recommend!
This place looks so nice from the outside we decided to try it. Got seated no problem on a Friday night which was obviously busy. Service isn't the fastest when it's busy but that's totally understandable and all the staff are polite and friendly. I...ordered the "Morenota" which is the burger (comes in a black brioche bun) and it's honestly one of the best burger/fries combo I've ever had. Pattie is perfect, bacon is good, the garlic aioli is perfect, and the Jamaican flower salt fries are amazing. Definitely recommend this. After we'd ordered, the table next to us had their food brought out; nachos and tacos, and everything looked so good we decided we'd have to come back again to try them. So we returned a week later on a Friday night, again seated quickly, this time on the patio. The nachos are incredible (best my friend had ever had), a little different with the toppings and sauce but nothing too "out there", and all the flavours work perfectly. We also had the fish tacos which were easily the best I've ever had. The exact same thing happened that night, and the table next to us noticed how good our food looked and ended up ordering the exact same thing. I've been here 4 times now for either a meal or just a cocktail and every time the service was good, food was perfect, and overall it's gotta be my favourite restaurant in Medellin. It's a little pricey for the area, but completely reasonable considering the quality. Definitely recommend!More
I have really enjoyed the cosy restaurant La Bronca and decided to eat there this week. Unfortunately the food was disappointing and hope that they make more simple menu as nothing is ordinary but made with twist, but it don't work. Otherwise restaurant is great,...good drinks, although not Sangria, and music is very good.More
Six of us had a wonderful meal. We sat outside - under cover. Loudish music, which suited us. Good price for the quality & quantity of the food. Tacos & guacamole were perfect. Great atmosphere. The service was as good as it gets - polite,...explanatory & well paced. Go.More
