Went to Angeloni's II for dinner last weekend. Been there several times. Great place outside of Casino restaurants. While the food was very good as usual, the plates/portions were smaller and the prices were higher since the last time we ate there. The service was very good as usual. Will probably still go back, however, we may look at other... More

Not to be confused with Angelo's in Atlantic City which sits at the end of the AC expressway, Angeloni's II is a few blocks away from there and far more superior. Being going for years, and always leave as a happy customer. The food is outstanding!!!

Was looking forward to a high quality Italian lunch. Veal was undercooked, too much sauce. Pasta included...maybe 10 pieces. House wine was very good and service was prompt. Seems as too much American influence for true Italian meal.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable dinner here with friends. The décor is old-style Italian and very comfortable. Freshly baked warm rolls served with garlic-flavored olive oil made appetizers unnecessary. Veal, seafood, and eggplant dishes were all piping hot, tasty, and presented nicely. There is quite an extensive wine list, but everyone seemed to want something different, so... More

My wife and I have dined here 3 to 5 time per year for over 20 years. Always excellent. We have eaten everything on the menu. Her fave is eggplant. Mine is veal chop. Great wine menu reasonably priced.

My husband and I dined here last night with two other couples. We like the fact it's located away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk. The atmosphere and decor is old school cozy and family oriented. Service was fast but not overly friendly. The food.....wow reminded my of my Nonna's cooking. Good Italian American comfort food! The portions... More

There were a handful of South Jersey restaurants my parents took us to as children. Unfortunately, Angeloni's wasnt one of them. I remember the 500 Club and Luigi's being among them. Simple, all day cooked tomato sauce, familiar veal parmigiana and antipasto. Angelonis brought back a flood of good memories from those long gone haunts. The minestrone was excellent; among... More

Went here recently for a bachelor party dinner. Made the res on the phone, people were really friendly and easy to deal with. We get there with a large group and they accommodated us as best they could with 2 tables. The place is bigger than I thought and has a good feel to it in that classic NYC restaurant... More
