We hadn't been here in a while so came recently with friends. CC was half full and the waiter and his trainee came right over. He asked us if we wanted drinks which we ordered and then tried the normal up sell of chips and salsa, saying they went great with the drinks. We declined, and then he tried to... More

The restaurant was pretty highly recommended so I went to it with high hopes. The food was good; it wasn't great and I don't know that I'd drive 40 mins for it again. The waiter recommended the steak and the pork chop. My son had the steak and that was VERY good. Easily the best meal on the table. Maybe... More

Stayed next door so this place was close to eat. We had a pepper spiced tequila margarita and it was nothing short of miraculous. Ask for it when you get there, it is worth it. The new york strip was amazing. Seasoned and seared to perfection...this place was an absolutely positive surprise!

My husband and I live in AH and we go to CC almost every week. And if we don't get there we pick something up even though it's not their norm - they are accommodating if they're not busy. This is high-end Mexican and everything is Mexican infusion. The food is wonderful quality. And we eat mainly Paleo and really... More

I would give them five starts but I think the prices are a bit higher than they should be. The food is great- I wouldn't say Mexican but more like Tex mex . I had a delicious margarita, and it was strong! My husband was able to try beer from the neighboring brewery which was a nice touch. We would... More

My husband and I loved every bite! The food was beautifully prepared and presented, service was terrific. Everything from the chips to the shrimp risotto to the calamari was well seasoned and interesting. We will be back.

We have been going to the copper canyon since they were in their original location across the street, many years ago. We have never been disappointed. We have our favorites the salsa, guacamole, southwestern salad, the incredible steak n fries, fish tacos, shrimp risotto, and more!! Love the original margarita! Terrific waiters and bartenders n great music. We usually sit... More

Copper Canyon has been a staple for years, originally starting in a small spot across the street. This is definitely not typical Mexican food but a great fusion that combines many of the truest Mexican spices with a new flare such as tuna carpaccio. The tequila bar is awesome too. Don't miss the spicy salad , fish tacos or crab... More

Having visited this restaurant several times I can tell how a lot of people would be unsure what to expect and a little confused as to what to order. You don't need a sophisticated palate or world-class knowledge of cuisine to enjoy yourself in this place. All you need is an open mind and the ability to listen to what... More
