Plates might look a bit pricey but compared to every other restaurant, they are actually avarage. I ate here once, the view is incredible, relaxing, truly and amazing place to eat and that is not even mentioning how delicious the plate was.
We had 4 ‘fancy’ dinners during our stay and this ranked 4th. It wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t anything special from the food to the service. The view is great, I’d probably return for lunch. The restaurant itself is very well done as well. We...ordered tuna tiradite, shrimp cordon blue, and the steak. The steak was ordered medium rare but the middle was quite a bit too rare and it made it less enjoyable (I love a rare steak when done right). Morale there was probably to order only seafood. It was good, but not memorable.More
We got off to a good start for dinner with a quick order of good cocktails. Service went downhill from there. We both ordered paella - a very generous amount and variety of sea food with risotto. I thought it was okay, my husband really...liked it. After our food was delivered we never saw waitstaff again. We couldn't even flag them down! So we went through an entire meal with just a cocktail each - no water because we forgot to order water at the start. They showed up again when we were done. Ordered a dessert to share, and a sangria. Dessert arrived - very good! No sangria. We ended up going up to the check-in desk to pay for dinner.
It would have been a lovely evening, at a lovely location, with decent food if we had had some sort of service.More
Visited for dinner around sunset and had the Tuna Tartar as a starter, followed by the typical Ecuadorian dish „Pescado en Cacao“ which was the catch of the day in a delicious coconut sauce. Very good food in a nice ambiente with a view on...the bay with the sailing boats.More
