Our driver recommended New Lighthouse when we said we wanted to try some local fish. And what a great tip! We had dinner mid-week at about 8pm and the restaurant was quite full, but we were lucky enough to get seats upstairs. We ordered the grilled fish and prawns with some Indian starters (mushrooms&peppers and a cauliflower dish). The sides... More

Excellent restaurant beside the marine museum, but basic sitting arrangement. You can select live crab, prawn to cook and eat. Food quality is very good. I ate the crab curry and fried pomfret with fried rice, missed the lobsters as finished. Amazing taste.

I got a recommendation to go here from a local and found the place to be super crowded on a Saturday evening. There were many waiters to take orders but the overall service was slow. We ordered prawn and fish curry with biryani- the food was average. The people and waiters seemed more focused on servicing the customers sitting in... More

Amazing food.. We had crab masala and pomfret fry. The fish was fresh and beautifully done. We were given a choice of the crab and pomfret, as well good inputs to aid our choice. This was our first meal at andaman and boy o boy was it worth every penny. A must visit for avid seafood lovers

While the locale and ambience is great, the staff and the food is not so great. Compared to other restaurants, its pricey. The dishes served are all the same and come after a fair amount of delay.

We went there 2 times, first at lunch and asked if we could stay up on the terrace for fresh air. They said no, that area is for drinks only. We came back for drinks only at night, the terrace was full of people eating, while downstairs it was free. Food is ok, we had fish. Takes a lot of... More

I went there to taste surmai fish. I ordered fish fry and prawn masala. They took ages to deliver. But the taste is good. I loved both the preparations.

this is the best place to have sea food in andaman. They have got outdoor seating and AC family bar also. This is very near to Cellular Jail so after light and sound show this becomes ideal place for dinner with your loved one. Sea food is main attraction here. they have got all sea food verities in their restaurant.

This restaurant is nearer to jetty and cellular jail. Food quality is good. But you can enjoy a range of evening snacks opposite to this restaurant.

Lighthouse is a decent one; sea food served here is good; you can select your own fish/lobster. It has a small roof top bar, which is a perfect place for a lovely evening.
