We went in last night and we were the only people in the restaurant. We picked it because it looked nice from outside and it was quiet. As we sat down on went the music! Not a quiet tune but the boom boom so favoured by some bars in Calangute. We asked if they would turn it down and for... More

I really wonder, if people like you really have your conscious in place. It really baffles me that people can stoop to any level just for a free meal from our competitors. There is no chance that the music can ever go bhoom bhoom at Rising wave, as there are many to object to it as it is located in... More

No need to book but worth a visit, I had a first class meal for around £6.00. I did not return but only because there was too many other places to visit

My friends and I had dinner here, it was one of the best meals we had during our stay in Goa. I had steak and it was superb! The staff were very friendly and attentive. I will definitely visit Rising Waves again when I return to Goa.

Gave this place another go because we used to enjoy it, Pointless exercise never again. Menu is now pub grub and the waiters do not speak English, which is all manageable until they ran out of wine, ultimate crime.

Arrived at Rising Waves with great expectations as we eat there every holiday It had fallen below par last season but we thought we would give it another go. The food was definitely not up the to expected standard. The waiting time for drinks anything 20+

We must have been the other party of PaulaWales.on Christmas Eve, also with 12 guests. We also had to wait 20 minutes to get a drink after ordering 4 times, he kept forgetting or getting it mixed up, even though he had written it down, then wait to find the bottle opener then wait for some ice, a very poor... So my guess was very much right. I did hit the nail on its head. We were well informed by our well wishers that there was an desperate attempt to write us off. Yes, I do admit there was a little confusion by our new waiter in getting the food order in place as, he was not aware that the... More
