Serving the sambhar in such small bowls that you just finish with few bytes. Over and above they are charging if you ask for any additional bowl ofSsambhar. I found this extremely expensive. On weekends this south Indian restaurant will not take your order for Dosa so please give a call before you plan your dining.

I visited Zambar yesterday with my mother and we ordered veg. Uthapam and Mysore masala dosa, food is really authentic, spicy and delightful. Its ambiance is also very good.

Good spread of veg and non-veg items. We chose to take the buffet as that allowed us to taste each item. Appams were very good. The seating and table layouts make getting up to get food difficult, and we found that annoying.

For starter's we had Koli Sukka Varuval, it's a chicken appetizer and it simply amazing. I just loved it. We also ordered a non veg South Indian thali and I must say, all the food items had... More

A wide spread of Buffet at Dinner. There was fine variety of food. The staff was nice and well mannered. All south indian food lovers must try it , once. For two of us , it was cheaper to have buffet option, then to order food. Good Place Enjoyed

Good costal food restaurant. Look of house boat is created which is worth appreciating. Malabar parota and veg curry was very good. Price wise on a higher side.

We confused with the name a little whether its south indian or southern continent food. But they have nicely upgraded south indian dishes and presentation. Buffet is good and nice hospitality.

The Restaurant needs to Focus on the SERVICE ! I have visited this Restaurant twice ... Earlier I had visited with my family for a dinner buffet and everything about the spread was just lovely ... especially " Fish Molly Dish " . The second time was a huge disappointment ... we visited for a Sunday Lunch Buffet and the... More

Authentic south indian food at reasonable rate...The buffet is just amazing covering a variety of non veg and veg dishes...chicken and mutton biryani were just perfect..savoured every bite and morsel... Great ambience...Good karnatic music being played in the background makes it every bit South Indian...just loved it...
