My wife and I stopped at this wonderful restaurant while driving from Wayanad to Calicut. The restaurant was recommended by our host in Wayanad and we decided to stop and sample its delicacies. The place prepares Arabian food and has a huge clientele from the Gulf countries. The restaurant has adequate parking outside and adequate seating inside. The service is fast and the food is absolutely fresh. We had the Chicken Mandhi, which is an Arabian dish in which the Chicken is cooked whole with a lot of spices and then placed over a bed of fragrant rice. Mmmmmmmm. We ordered only a quarter of the Mandhi and still had to get the left overs packed. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are extremely reasonable. Overall a must visit place.

Ordered non veg meals, fish fry, prawns dry fry. All the items were good. Best of all was the prawns dry fry and brinjal prawn curry that came with meals.
Probably the best food i had in wayanad.

We stopped in on our way from Wayanad to Calicut.
We had an air conditioned room and enjoyed a biriani with a chicken dish and a paneer dish.
All good was beautifully balanced with lovely spices. They also have a great selection in juices we had pineapple and mint

If you happen to travel from Calicut (Kozhikode) to wayanad then this is the stop to eat for their delicious and VFM food. We were a group of 22 ppl and had booked a seperate dining area on the left side. To be honest i had the best mutton Mandi outside gulf countries.
It has a vast option to choose from, be it chinese, moghlai ,veg , seafood and Arabic dishes.
A must visit place to have great food but make sure u reach early as it's always crowded

We were looking for a good place to dine while driving from Kozhikode to Wayanad and our driver mentioned about this restaurant. No idea why it is named White House. Anyways, the food is very delicious. Only issue is that there is not much choice for vegetarians. Service is fast and staff cordial and courteous,

We had lunch at White House on our way to Calicut from Wayanad. alFaham chicken, Chicken and Prawn Biriyani. Great service and food was served fast... Tasty and priced well

Delicious cuisine , we were almost 50 guest , but the managed it well , food is excellent , more importantly the toilets were neat and clean
Our journey was to Wayanad and this place is almost one and half hour away , but still entire family selected this Restaurent because of its class

The hotel is jam packed at evening around 6 PM. There was no waiting thankfully. Once seated the waiting officer took the order and explained the available menu at this time of the day. Since there were no snacks we ordered Porotta the anytime snack. The waiter Rasheed ensured that we get LIVE porotta so crispy and stemaing hot. The served by good Scheswan Chutney as side. since we were not going to have a site down eating at that time of the day. Very innovative and customer friendly place. a must visit on the way back to Calicut , a good place to unwind after completing the 11 winds from uphill....

There are several places that you go without any expectations or strong recommendations. White House restaurant was one of them, and was indeed one of the gastronomic highlights of our Calicut Vythiri circuit. White House surprised us with the taste and presentation of their cuisine - it was our first 'tryst' with the local cuisine in Kerala on our maiden roadtrip there. Prices make for good value, and fairly easy on the wallet for the quaility they offer.
The restaurant is located right on Kozhikode-Wayanad Road and so easy to locate; it is approx 40 km from Kozhikode city and shy of Vythiri town by about 22 km. There is adequate parking and the place looks fairly clean..
If you ever ind yourself on this route, do go eat here.

Good Restaurant in Adivaram....testy chicken mandi...but price is high.. Outher Restaurant in chicken mandi rate is 650/660..... Good ambiance and verry good service thankyou team white house
