First time food was average, but cheap, service great and drinks good. Second time- different staff service shocking, food horrible and drinks watered down- very disappointed. Don't waste your money!

Attentive staff, good views and great food made Tootsie's a lovely place to eat, and a frequent request from our family group. Great value. Try the iced coffee!
