We stopped by this little bakery on our way to the airbnb. The almond croissant was delicious! The little chocolate pastry I got was so-so. A little dry and the chocolate was starting to separate but still delicious nonetheless. I didn't try the cakes because...we forgot to go back!More

NIce bread and particularly the croissants. Coffee OK too, though a bit dearer than other places with tax is added

The bakery down stairs is the perfect lace to pick up a quick pastry. Their mulberry muffin is great (not overly sweet so perfect for breakfast), and the almond croissant is also great (not as good as France) but a generous amount of almond-y goodness...hiding inside! Also the ham and swiss omelette was fantastic. Taste, price and staff at Kue are all great (superior to Bali Buddha just next door).More

I have been eat food from Kue for a few years but unfortunately they have close their Penestanan shop. Still well worth the trip into town to buy your morning toast or pastry etc. I can also eat Kue scones every day, they are just...perfect.More

I can't speak for the bakery downstairs as I only went to the restaurant, which is above the bakery. The location is right on JLRaya Ubud, the main street. So being upstairs was more pleasant as you were away from traffic. Comfortable bench seating and...tables along an open air window to the street. The food was fine – certainly not above average. The staff was not very friendly or attentive. Price was average for Ubud. Service charge is included, so no need to leave a tip.More

Amazing croissants and food. What a find. A Balinese friend brought me here and now I've been coming daily. Food is great. Staff is friendly.

nice cafe upstairs with wide cakes selection, comfy chairs & couches, good for afternoon tea and chill. We also stayed for a simple dinner and food was very good - I recommend this place if you are looking for a chill place to spend some time.

This place was just what I needed coming off the Ubud main road. I had the chiken burger which was fantastic. Everything fresh and nice (great bun!). Coffee was strong and had great flavor. I look forward to eating here again.

We approached this restaurant from the side steps and therefore when we got inside and there was no food displayed we were a bit confused. Nevertheless we stayed and although the food took a while to arrive it was very good, so it was worth...the wait. It was only towards the end of our lunch that we realised the actual bakery was downstairs. I had a muffin which was actually pretty good and my husband had he chocolate mousse which he loved. They bake their own bread.More
