Absolutely stunning view from the restaurant and the venue ambience and interior is fabulous!
We were a group of 2, tried the tasting menu, which was absolutely worth the price, where every and each dish coming to our table was unique, with a fine balance of every ingredient and impressive attention to detail! Chefs and waiting staff went above and beyond delivering excellent customer service and our waitress Tuti made us feel well looked after and made sure we have a lovely dinner and experience!
One of the best restaurants we have ever been to and would definitely recommend to everyone who comes around here in Ubud!

Arcadia restaurant has a delightful elevated ambience overlooking a tropical garden and waterway. The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel very special with refreshing towels and welcome drink. We started our dinner with complimentary bread including beetroot bread with variety of flavoured butters. For mains we had the duck breast and pork belly. Both dishes were cleverly presented, flavoursome and delicious. We also had passion fruit mock tail drink that went well with meal. The cappuccino coffee was lovely and hot and the restaurant also gave us complimentary chocolates to complete the meal. The prices were very good for such a fine dining experience. They also had a variety of set gustation menus available for a very good price. We highly recommend Arcadia restaurant and definitely will return next time we are in Ubud.

Our group of seasoned (Australian) travelers recently returned to our other island home (Ubud) for significant birthday celebrations. The word we won’t mention had meant we had not been here for five years. We had visited almost religiously every year for the previous ten.
For all of our prior visits, we never missed a long lunch (or dinner) at Bridges restaurant, so we were mightily dismayed to learn that our favorite haunt was no longer. Our frowns turned upside down when we discovered Arcadia restaurant was operating in place of the beloved Bridges.
We were so very impressed and for all the reasons we loved their predecessor. The food is delectable, refined, exquisite. We ate a wide selection of the lunch menu, and everyone was flawed. Of particular note was the burrata appetizer. We had a vegan in our party, who was offered a set menu of five courses, and this ended up being nine. This fine dining vegan experience was the best this well traveled plant based diner has ever feasted upon. They were provided a variety of palate cleansers in between courses to ensure seem less segue of food sensations.
We had informed the staff of our significant celebrations, and were lavished with complimentary aperitif on arrival, sparkling wines, hand made truffles and desserts. The wine list is the usual high standard we had come to love and appreciate.
The service was the perfect balance of attentiveness and familiarity without being overbearing. Every staff member farewelled us like family as we left.
Thank you Arcadia, you have made us so happy. Nostalgia lives on. If you haven’t visited, run, don’t walk.

Not only the most delicious vegan food I have ever tasted but the most artistically and beautifully presented AND incredible value for money!
We had the Plant-based Signature 5-course meal and were served a taster/apertiser/palat cleanser before each course!
When I die and go to heaven I imagine the food will be like this!
And it’s not even a vegan restaurant! It is a rare carnivore chef that can also do vegan food to perfection.
Great admiration for this chef - Nicholas (past chef to Bridges and Uma Ubud).

Acardia offers a level of service and quality in the next top tier restaurants in Ubud, a price point that I consider reasonable, not over the top expensive. The staff went out of their way to be hospitable and a special shout out to Ketut, not only for her outstanding service but also for her conveying Balinese culture, much appreciated. This was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time, so many thanks!

Fully suggest it 👏 The location is extremely nice, immersed in green. The food is amazing and the staff are really nice. There are a series of "on the house" plates from starters to desserts. We were 6 people and ordered starters, main dish and desserts (with drinks) and spent 30€ each - extremely convenient considering the quality of the food we ate.

My lunch at Arcadia Restaurant in Ubud was simply amazing. From the warm greeting upon arrival to the stunning surroundings, everything was perfect. The highlight of our meal was definitely the butter chicken skewers - cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice. The creme brulee was a delightful dessert, the perfect balance of creamy and sweet, and the presentation was impressive. We also enjoyed the golden spice cocktail with lemongrass herbs, which perfectly complemented our meal. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Overall, the food, service, and ambiance at Arcadia Restaurant were exceptional, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud

The ambiance here was immaculate and I was even provided a complementary rose due to it being valentine’s day. The waitresses were super sweet and nice too. However the kitchen was so slow and we literally had to wait so long in between meals. They had also sold out on the starter that i had ordered so instead of asking what I wanted instead the chef just decided to give me a plain salad with blue cheese. I’m personally okay with blue cheese, however I know many people who dislike the taste and would’ve had their valentines night ruined.

Wow! Sorry to see Bridges go but welcome Arcadia. The same great setting with a amazing food and service from start to finish. Two of us had the Signature menu one seafood and one meat which we then shared. Not only was each offering excellent but the extras provided between courses were also brilliant. We are experienced Ubud visitors and for quality and value, Arcadia is up there with the very best. A very minor question would be around wine paring but this did not detract from a great experience.

Arcadia used to be Bridges before Covid. Bridges was our favourite fine dining restaurant worldwide so we were unsure if we would be as happy. What a wonderful surprise. At a fraction of the price of Bridges, the food quality was a outstanding with lovely touches such as complimentary bread, appetiser and palette cleanse. The the service quality 5 star also. I would highly recommend.

It’s hard to write a review about Arcadia without getting a little bit emotional. It truly is a magical place which is hard to describe in words! Firstly, we turned up not really knowing what to expect. We intended to order from the a la carte menu but when we saw the tasting menu including a wine pairing was unbelievably good value (£30 GBP + £15GBP) we decided to opt for that. We are so glad we did. Every single dish that was presented to us was exceptional both in presentation and taste. All in all, with all the extras, we must have had about 12 courses. Everything laid before us was a joy to eat. Even the bread and butters. The wine complemented the food perfectly and the Cabernet Sauvignon in particular was divine. Everything about this whole experience was almost beyond going out for something to eat. The setting - amongst the canopies of the trees, the tranquility and the impeccable service from the staff is faultless. Without sounding pretentious, we have dined in many Michelin starred restaurants in many countries, but our family are in total agreement that if we could return to any one of them, then without question we would return to Arcadia.

Occupying the old Bridges Restaurant site, which overlooks the river gorge, Arcadia is a wonderful replacement for a much loved institution. Sadly it would appear it still needs to be discovered as the evening we went we were the only people there.
The service was impeccable and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant retains all the charm of Bridges and it’s always a delight to sit on the terrace and look over the river gorge, beautifully lit at night,
The food was delicious. Unfortunately we’ve grown too alike and both plumped for the same starter, mackerel and duck breast for the main. Elegantly presented and perfectly cooked.
Not only is the food great but the prices are very reasonable, compounded by the fact we got a complimentary welcome drink, amuses bouche, bread and butter, a sorbet palate cleanser between courses and truffles to end the meal.
It was a truly memorable meal and evening. I just hope more people discover and enjoy it before lack of customers brings a premature end to a great new Ubud food destination.

We now have two fav restaurants in Ubud. Mozaic is all time fav but this used to be Bridges. But now it is better. The staff are so lovely and the food elegant and delicious. They now know our names which shows how many times we have been here. Recommend the same prawn dumplings served with pan seared prawns and a light sauce. Geoff loves the mushroom risotto which is a compliment as he says I make the best mushroom risotto ever. Very reasonable and the view to the river lovely. Fitting in a visit on our last night to say goodbye.

This dinner was lovely, the setting was very romantic with a relaxing ambience. The complimentary drinks and pallete cleansers were a nice touch and the food we ordered was delicious. The duck and pork were well cooked. Our server Diah was very welcoming and attentive.

Without a doubt, coming to this restaurant has been one of the best experiences of our trip to Bali. In Spain there are very good restaurants, but this one lives up to the best. We recommend the tasting menus because you can try everything and in the end you are very full and satisfied. The dishes are an explosion of flavors and textures and the quality is superior. I want to highlight the attention, kindness and sympathy of all the waiters, especially Sukma for every special detail he had with us for our honeymoon and for being extremely attentive to everything. Without a doubt for me this is a mandatory stop if someone comes to Bali and I ask life to be able to return to this island and come to eat here again. Thank you team :)
