Good value, dinner for 4 people was $20. Good mix barbyqueue, fish, ribs, halal options, lots of great salads and sides. I love sundanese food, it can be v spicy. This restaurant is semi open to the air and has a nice cafe atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

A good restaurant to have meals with couples/friends/families. It has a lot of choices of traditional sundanese food. If you like spicy food, this place offers many choices of sambals.. Worth to try if you came to bandung

Almost all sundanese food is there... You can pick all you want first and then you can look for your seat.. But in weekend.. It will be full.. So you... More

We had a family lunch here. It was authentic Sundanese foods. So authentic that we ate on banana leaves. The foods themselves were good yet the ambiance was not that clean. Some flies hopped on some half cooked foods. These foods would be well cooked though, however, my daughters had an ill feel already. Food wise, it is recommended but... More

I went to Alas Daun Restaurant so many times. With my husband, big family or sometimes business lunch. I love the place, love the food, especially the sambal!! The sambal was so good!! I love it. But, I don't know why especially "mendoan" some others "makanan yang digoreng", it wasn't as good as before. It looks like "digoreng dgn minyak... More

Alas daun got its name because it serves the meals using 'Banana Leaf' instead of plates. They have mix combination of ready to eat dishes and the one must be ordered and prepared first. One of their best dishes is 'Kredok', which is one of the best I've ever eaten. There are many other dishes to select so you'll definitely... More

This popular Sundanese joint is always full - It can take a waiting time of more than 30 mins for walk in guests on weekends. The concept is simple - dishes are served not on plates but on banana leaves. You pick your food at a buffet line and they will cook the dish according to your wishes. We tried... More
