This is a very popular place with many tables and waiters. They serve the regular assortment of tiny salats, freshly baked Lafa pitas and falafel. They have 3 types of set menue with 4 types of fish each. The food is fresh but nothing special or outstanding.

As soon as you walk in, you can smell the bread cooking and it's wonderful. Then bread was wafer thin except at the edges, where it was more like the consistency of pizza crust. The grilled fish was the best I had in Israel. We also had freshly made lemonade. I would definitely come here again.

The starters, about 10-12 kinds of salads, some typical to the region some bearing European Jewish influence are generally good. The meat and fish dishes quality depends on the man that prepare then on the day of your visit.

I like this restaurant and I have visited it three times. They always bring a great variety of typical, but fresh and well prepared, starters, more than 10 different plates including pepper salad, babahanus, tahini, egg salad, etc. Instead of bread they serve a traditional fresh Arabic pie. After the startres, they offer a variety of grilled fish or meat,... More

We are visiting this place every now and then.Inviting friends and family. The food is very good, the service is the fastest, and welcoming. The price is very reasonable. If you are hungry this is your place.

Apart from the nice location by the sea the service was awful. Sat for more than half an hour until the fish and meat were served and was cold and oil draining. Service is inadequate. Asking for a cup details and was easier to get it by yourself. Each person wanted to pay for his food but the waiter insisted... More

It is a very simple place with delicious and affordable Mezze. No need to order them, they will already land on your table, with a fresh lemonade, before you even open the menu! As the best in the appetizers, you can almost skip the main course! The staff offered us to take-away your leftovers.

This is often my first stop when getting off the plane in Tel Aviv. Authentic, delicious shwarma in a cozy, cave type restaurant in a heart of Jaffa. You will be spoiled with a variety of salad samples along with your order.
