If you wanna have a terrible experience in zefat: come here! 30 min to get a French toast. Miserable service. Manager is not responding to complaints.

First of all we were waiting for our order for 40 min and it was just a salad with juice. Glasses r dirty. Our salad costs us 65 nis and it was very poor. It should be with cheese and we got like 4 small super over fried pieces of it. We've got our juice 3 min before we left.... More

Reasonable restaurant, fair prices, service with a smile (mind the tip), but typically Israeli: you order together, you get your meals one by one and not together, they pick up your plate when your last piece of food is still in your mouth and the others are still eating. But it's all nice and easy.

Bagdad Cafe was recommended to us by our B&B hosts. We had a very good meal there. My stir-fry was delicious, with noodles and lots of vegetables. My companion had vegetable soup and an avocado wrap. He enjoyed his meal also.

Regular street terrace with ongoing flow of tourists, mainly big orthodox families, backpackers, local artists, and ordinarius people like us. Great place to dit and watch and nip your ice coffee.

Bagdad Cafe, like many other similar places in Safed is very small, but offers one of the larger menus. It is best for breakfast, sitting at one of the covered tables across the quaint street. Food was good. Fresh orange juice, which is all over the place in Israel, was not as sweet as other places. Staff was friendly.

We went in Passover. The Passover pizza was just passable. The salads were basic and not dressed properly. Service was slow. The only saving grace were the gnocchi. Overall the food was basic and the portions small. The prices were high for the food and the size of the portions.
