My meals at Jack's have been consistently delicious. The wait staff is polite and efficient. It's been around for almost 100 years and the decor is clearly from a different era. If you're visiting Albany and you're near the state capital, I think Jack's is...More

Great menu. Terrific staff. We did not have reservations but did not have problem getting seated. The food presentation was terrific. I had the house salad and seafood chowder. I would go back!

I had heard so many great things about this restaurant and was dying to try it. I was shocked. The oysters tasted so fishy, and out of a group of 6 of us, 3 sent back their entrees (crab cake and chicken). The restaurant felt...More

On the street parking, and a parking garage in the rear. The attire runs the gambit from suits to business casual during the week. Its a nicer than average place so dress well but comfortable.

There are three or four entree salads and a pizza pomodoro on the menu. I do agree with the suggestion that you call and inquire. They are very accommodating.
