We recently stayed three nights at Rivertrees - at the beginning and end of our safari. It's absolutely lovely. It's a little oasis. Friendly staff, lovely grounds, beautiful rooms, and lots of monkeys! A great place to visit.

We stayed at this hotel and the food and especially the pizza was amazingly good. The beer was cold, the staff friendly and helpful with "specials on the menu" and just everything.
The setting was beautiful, the staff was great, we loved our rooms and the food and bar were excellent. The room were spacious and well-appointed with large bathrooms. We especially enjoyed watching the monkeys in the morning and early evenings.
Being a resident of Arusha, and needing to "get away" from time to time, I find the Rivertrees restaurant to be a relaxing as we as delicious place for lunch. Have only stuck to the pizza....because it's just too good to pass up! Unfortunately the...More
Our first and last night were spent here. The rooms are comfortable with lovely bathrooms. The restaurant serves delicious meals. The grounds are lush with tall shade tress often full of monkeys
