If you're in search of an American style breakfast, this is a great place to go. Nice bar seating that overlooks the street (no ocean view). The food was good. And ironically while we were here a herd of cats came to say hello!

Only went evenings for the jazz and nice atmosphere. I thought the man played some excellent music switching back and forth between trumpet and bass over recorded "beats". Drinks was reasonably priced. Didn't try rooms or food.
