Great sushi. We had the tuna roll, tuna tempora, California roll and several others. They were all great.

We went there for a quick lunch, in Bangkok it was much better service and food. Here at Hua Hin not so well organized and service. We ordered some Japanese salad and tempura. It was alright not that great.

Had lunch here, ordered a couple of sets to share between 2 of us, the meals were average, no really good dish. I think there may be better options in the vicinity particularly for westerners.

I have eaten at this Fuji many times in the past. The service has always been as the other posts describe. (shameless) But recently the quality of the food has taken a dive. I think there must be a different sushi chef. This last time the sashimi was cut haphazardly with cartilage left in. And my sushi was falling apart... More

You know you are in trouble if after 10 minutes sitting at your table you have to get up and ask a waitress for a MENU. The restaurant was not busy but it was very difficult to order food, I walked out after 15 minutes after being totally ignored by the staff who were too busy chatting to themselves. My... More

I am going to say just one thing. Even some dogs will refuge to eat the food from here.

I just left here and felt compelled to leave a review. Normally if I don't like a place I just don't leave a review, and if I like somewhere, I make sure I leave a good review for others. I'm kind of nice like that. However we were 6 people and with the price we paid expected at least something... More

We wanted to have Japanese food for lunch and after hesitating we picked Fuji. But the warm food was cold, the sushi was mediocre, the soup was bad. Service is below Thai standards. Afterwards we heard from friends that the smaller Japanese restaurant next door with the tepaniaki cooks was excellent. If only we had known. So that's why I... More

My wife and I went to Mt. Fuji restaurant in Market Village. The restaurant is appealing by his decor, the friendly staff and the cleanliness. The restaurant was not busy at all even for a lunch hour. An open kitchen with a large staff would seem to produce a good food and a speedy service. None of it happened. My... More

Had a mix of sashimi which was nicely chilled and of excellent quality and some beef. Beef was cooked as desired (rare) and very good. Definitely recommended if you want Japanese food other than sushi.
