Can be hard to locate entrance, 500m left of soi 51 going away from town, but worth finding. Excellent hot and sour grouper soup and grilled squid salad. Holy basil 'pesto' sauce on prawns bit overpowering, prawns really good tho.

The hotel staff at our hotel encouraged us to go visit this restaurant for dinner and we were well pleased. The setting is lovely as it is right on the beach and makes for a nice sunset dinner. During our four day stay in Hua Hin we ate there twice. I can not remember all the food we had during... More

It is 7 years since I last visited this restaurant and it was just as good as I remembered. The tables overlooking the beach are nice (booking recommended). Prawns with basil, steamed mud crab and hot-sour soup with coconut shoots were all excellent. We visited with Thai friends who regularly eat here.

The restaurant was recommended by our hotel. The food we ordered was edible. The special of the night that we were, was Oriental Flathead lobster, fresh from the sea. Unfortunately it was reheated, it was completely dry. The signature dish: prawn with basil, was quite tasteless. The service was ok. Only the location is worth mentioning. The restaurant is located... More

The view is nice and the food is good. A special dish is the sweet basil crab. I think they blended the basil leaves then bake it with fresh crab.

This restaurant came highly rated by our hotel but turned out to be overpriced with poor quality food. Grilled squid was not fresh and barely cooked. Fried rice only so-so, but worst were the green and red curries. They were far too sweet and we have never eaten anything as bad in Thailand. We will not return or recommend to... More
