After reading all previous reviews, I seriously think people have been a little harsh. I've been to Phuket many times over the last 5 years, and I love my pasta and all Italian cuisine. This was our first visit to La Casa, and at first I was a little frustrated as it took staff about 10-15 mins to come over... More

Waitress is not trained, cannot speak English. No facial expression, even feeling rude.. Food is just so so... It's not a real Italian food.

It looks like a decent place but that's not the whole story. Even a child would prepare better dishes than the "italian" chef they claimed to have there. My pasta was overcooked and was swimming in cream and my husbands pizza was a diasaster. Not to mention the slow and weird service. Don't bother!

After many many Thai meals we were looking for something a little more plain and familiar. We came across La Casa pizza special 130B for a margarita, Hawaiian or a vegetarian. Pizza base was thin and crunchy and the beer was cold. Friendly staff and a nice cold aircon.

Awfull. my colleagues meal arrived 30 minutes before mine and they had finished by the time I received mine. The seafood gave my friends diahorrea. They offered free coffee as compensation then charged for it!

This place sucked . I have been trying to find a decent Italian restaurant in Phuket. The food was very mediocre. The service was atrocious. My friend spaghetti was dry with very little sauce. Even when we asked for more it still was. Almost no tomato sauce whatsoever. The service was nonexistent. Places in an excellent location. Should have known.... More

Terrible service, horrible food especially the fettuccini with lobster it tasted like it was spoiled, pizza had too little anchovies and almost no red sauce... ordered a beer and got a small amount in a cup... after this horrible experience the cashier asked us to pay before we had finished our food because apparently she was "too busy"

Being Italian we were missing our pasta fix. We were really impressed with the pasta dishes and risotto. Service was great. Pizza was average. However our overall experience was excellent. Staff were polite and meals came out quickly. Prices were excellent. Kids loved it.

The La Casa at Jungceylon Restaurant and Pizzeria offers a great range of homemade pastas and other classic Italian cuisines, plus has a fine wine list. The indoor dining room is comfortable and has been designed with a contemporary flare. It has wooden furnishings, and a small counter bar where wine, beer or cocktails can be ordered and enjoyed. The outside area overlooks the beautiful mall.
