We found Leone on TripAdvisor while staying at our hotel. Looked at the pictures and read some reviews so we decided to come and try it. We were not disappointed! It's a quaint cafe on a major intersection. The staff is friendly, speak English, and are well able to give great suggestions to what your hearts desire may be. My... More

Very cosy place in a quiet corner. Desserts are delicious and coffee is also very good. I had tried the iced coffee, which was excellent. Would definitely go back for more !

Izmir is well known for its patisseries and Leone is a gem among others. Small place with good and tasteful desert and quiches, good service and good location. Don't miss this opportunity...

this is an amazing place. come early since the bakery items sell out quickly. the croissants are absolutely amazing and as fluffy as in France. This place is not cheap but it is worth every penny you spend and you will come back for more.

A perfect spot in Alsancak for a coffee break with a friend. My favorite is the lemon tartolate. I buy almond buttered croissant and walnut bread to take home. All are very tasty. The service is very friendly.

Definetely the best croissant I had in Izmir, yet in Turkey. The shop owner says they wake up at 3 am every morning to make those. Not only croissant but the deserts are also magnificent. What I like to have there other than croissant and desert, a piece of vegetable quiche with fresh lemonade as lunch. It is a bit... More

Leone Patisserie is my favorite place in Izmir. It's a slice of French heaven. The croissants and pain au chocolate are wonderful. The cookies and chocolates, too. Actually all the desserts are wonderful. It's my go to place for an afternoon respite - welcoming, charming and relaxing with French jazz in the background. The tables outside are a perfect place... Very nice place with very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere of small French restaurants, sunny days and time for not being hurry. Chicken kish was absolutely wonderful, very juicy and flavored. Lemonade - fresh and nicely served :)

This is a wonderfully charming slice of France in a quiet corner of Izmir. I had a Tarte au Fraise and my buddy got a Coffee Mousse Cake and both were amazingly delicious. But best of all was the Citronade, which was made fresh and delivered in small corked bottles. Everything about this place was charming and delightful. But this... More
