One of the many, small eateries in the heart of the old Colonia del Sacramento serving simple food. In the afternoon, it is just a café serving sandwiches and ice-cold beers, delivered in iced polystyrene-filled containers. I tried their 3/4l Pilsen Uruguayan lager, which set me back by 130 pesos ($4.6), but it was worth it. The venue had tables... More

This restaurant is very well located in front of a square with plenty of free parking space. There are seats inside and a nice space outside for the sunny days. The food has a good variety of beers, drinks, local recipes and snacks. The environment is informal and the waiters very gentle and attentive. The perfect place to park in... More

Had some Ravioli and some Hoki fishfilet today, the best was the sunny place and the drinks, but the food was below average: absolutely tasteless, quiete expensive (the fish comes without anything beside, one cutted tomato is ~6USD..). So better find some food elsewhere..

Good service, good variety of foods offered. Fun to sit outdoors and "people-watch". Indoor seating also offered. We like to sit outdoors because we can take our dog with us.

We ate there today and I ordered the Sirlion steak this being Uraguay I thought I would get a thick juicey slab of steak. Instead I received two thin slices (100g.ms) of grey meat on a... More

The wifi was a bit spotty if you sit outside, but ok. The cheese pizza was good, the price was a bit expensive for the stuff but not too bad.

Went to this place with two others. Looking for a nice, cheap and light meal. Absolutely splendid. Great food, great value and an awesome location. Absolutely no complaints from this end. Definitely a recommended location. Must try the ham, cheese and olive platter! Enjoy

I had the chivito de lomo for 280 pesos, $14 US; you see this dish all over town. I also added 1/2 litre for 90 pesos, $4.50. The chivito is a thin slice of pork with an egg cooked on top, accompanied by mayonnaise potato salad on a salad leaf, a slice of beet root, and thin French fries. Customers... More

Located in the heart of the historic neighborhood, the place is neat, the food is excellent as well as the service. My wife and I had lunch and it's definitely a place we would come back!
