My parents, husband and I went to the restaurant as all the restaurants in town looked the same and we thought the restaurant would not be too bad. We were wrong. The waitress was attending less than 4-5 tables & she was very overwhelmed. She ended up calling her friend for help. Even with 3 waitresses, they got everything wrong.... More

I have often been to Colonia, a really lovely place. Unfortunately I made the worst experience ever at this place concerning food and service. We got the wrong food, terrible taste and extremely overpriced. We asked for 2 meals, of which one was pasta which was not on the menu. The waiter said it was ok and cost around 120... More

Cute little restaurant with really friendly service. We enjoyed chatting with our server. The food was also good!

Relaxed and cool under the lovely trees, great view and service was welcoming. You could easily linger on for hours with just watching as people walk by.

I had lunch in this restaurant. There were just several other customers. The little town was very quiet with one mime artist and one guitar singer performing. The atmosphere was very relaxing. This restaurant had outdoor tables with a view of the coastline. It was very comfortable to sit outside in nice autumn weather. I ordered a burger and it... More

Be careful. The restaurant looks good but the food is disappointing. We ordered ribs and salad. Very tough. We later found we we charged much more than any other restaurant in the area. We suggest you avoid this place and chose from better establishments.

I went there with my dougther for diner and I ordered the grilled Dorado (Dorado a la Parrilla), a very good and tasty fish. What we got was Corvina, a fish of inferior quality and cheaper, but they charged me U$ 980. (U$A 48.00). I toked pictures and I show them to the owner the following day. After discusing it,... The menu is great, and we went for a "paella". We also had some "provoletta", a provolone cheese melted served with bread. The wine we went for was the one made by themselves, and it was cheaper than in most of the places and very good. The desserts were huge, yet delicious. I would highly recommend the place and I... Lovely place with very, very good parrilla. Try to arrive on time to catch the sunset from your outside table. At night they light up candles on the tables and the street, beautiful and romantic. Try the dulce de leche crepe for dessert!

Sorry to go against the wind here, but we ducked in here to actually correct the English on a sign outside that said, "Esellent Fireplace Inside." The spelling was off, but it really had a charming interior. We ended up having a few coffees and carafe of the house wine (we'd already eaten WAY too much somewhere else). The prices... More
