Typical Japanese cuisine and well presented. Can be crowded at breakfast and so be early and be prepared to share tables
Meal was nicely presented and was plentiful. Very disappointed that we were told to leave when we had hardly finished our ice cream !!
Great location if you have a morning flight - very near the Kansai airport. They provide a free shuttke bus to KIX but need to schedule it beforehand. They have a robot on the lobby reception area which was pretty cool. Conveniently connected to Rinku...More
Spacious room by Japanese standards, but although Bathroom is modern, it is not very spacious, but made up for by separate vanity basin area outside bathroom. Very tall building with stunning views, excellent food, friendly, efficient staff. Hotel is connected to large shopping centre and...More
Stayed one night before the flight. Tall, impressive 54 floor tower, connected to a railway station. Large rooms by Japanese standards, magnificent view of the bay. Everything is clean. Breakfast has limited selection and quality is average but view from the 54 floor is breathtaking....More

Superb range of foods and particularly good scrambled egg [hotels never seem to get it right]. It is very busy but a real treat to set you up for the day. Staff are delightful too.
Service was tops, children weren't a problem to the staff, choice of dishes was very broad, a great range of food & beverage for a buffet that was reasonably expensive, but really was great value or money (provided you enjoy Japanese breakfasts!)
The scenic restaurant on the top floor had a great light dinner selection. Just a big overpriced. The beer saloon also had a good selection
