I am a seafood lover but I do not know how to pick a fresh seafood for myself, and this restaurant actually allow us to choose the seafood... More

Good food and reasonably priced. The Petai BBQ fish is unique in its way. Despite the crowd, the services is prompt and accurate.

The specialty here is grilled seafood with petai added to the recipie. When they ask is to cook in what style... the answer is almost all the time "bakar petai". Group and family? need to eat here because the places is huge and happening!

the seafood is fresh, price is great for such food quality. The seafood comes in various of cooking method. The famous grill fish with petai is not worth it as the petai is just too little, anyway it is something special to try but nothing special about the taste. Overall the food is nice but the service is not on... More

Don't come here, it's overpriced. We had Petai Grilled Fish, Crispy Fried Sotong, Rice and Tea O Lychee for two people, and it cost us almost RM100. Petai Grilled Fish tastes horrible and I had tummy upset afterwards too. Service is super slow, it took 45 munutes to get outr grilled fish, even the rice and drinks are slow. I... More

This "ikan bakar" (grilled fish) restaurant is famous in serving their grilled fish together with "petai" (bitter beans from huge tree Parkia speciosa). However, the grilled stingray we ordered was served with thin slices of unskinned "petai" which me and my husband estimated that this quantity can be equivalent to two beans only. Overally, the fish served are fresh, nothing... More

The meals is still good, cheaper than the normally we have in Johor. The lemon/lime drinks is terrible. Too much sour.

We were there on a Wednesday night on 19 October and it was crowded. The kailan vegetable dish was excellent. However, the ikan bakar petai, ikan tiga rasa and kerabu mangga was just average to below average. The fish was not crispy and I can't say that it was really fresh. The taste is on the sweet side and slightly flat. Price for two pax... More
