I think this restaurant is not expecting people to come back again. Poor food with expensive price. Not worth to come at all.

I have been visiting Penang since 1980 and have always found Malaysians in general and especially Penangites, a wonderfully loving and caring group of fellow human beings; that has not changed. However as a once "Must see" island, then known as the Pearl of the Orient it has now been spoilt by the intrusion of seemingly thousands of (very) high... More

Everything is fresh and only your taste buds will determine your approval. Motoring around Penang island it's literally one of the last places you will pass as you go.

I went there on the suggestion of a friend saying that it had good reviews and is one of the best seafood restaurants in Penang, in that aspect i am sorry to say that i was thoroughly disappointed. to be exact the food was at most at average rating with a rubbery lobster and a bit too salty lala dish.... Having heard so much about this seafood restaurant from some food afficionados, we headed for this out of the way destination in Telok Bahang. Arriving at just before 7pm, the eatery was quiet with few patrons. We ordered a steamed seabass, some shellfish, a veggie, squid and a medium sized portion of braised rice vermicelli with crab. Overall food quality... More

The host led me to believe that what I was ordering was of mid price range and then presented me with a bill that would make TOP END Seafood restaurants blush. Do stop here if you are willing to pay 10 times the price for below average food.

Visited this few years back with a group of friends. Came back to try it today. Ordered fried squid, black pepper crabs, garlic butter prawns, 'lala', green sprouts with salted fish, oyster eggs and some noodles(which never came). Place was deserted, we were there from 630-8pm. Unfortunately, everything was a bit too salty. Makes you more thirsty. I think the standards... More

After not having been to Penang for the last decade, we took a trip there with the family. This popular restaurant in the past has moved and is no longer at the "end of the world" where the jetty is. It appears that both its popularity and quality of food has also gone down the drain although prices seem to... More

The seafood was excellent here. I have read about the "Boss Lady" before going to this restaurant, and I found that she is a very pleasant and nice lady. She has a friendly helper who would walk to our car and assisted my sister. I will be back again to this restaurant for good seafood! Cheers!

Our grand-daughter loves to come here for her birthday dinner each year when we visit. This year was no exception & the food was fabulous. The family run business was very attentive to our needs & made us feel right at home. We feasted on: Chilli crab, Steamed Red Snapper, Garlic Lalals, Spicy fried squid & steamed rice. Prices are...
