We love coming to this foodcourt as the choices of Penang hawker food are so varied. You can pick your fancy from rice, noodles, vegetarian dishes and different kinds of drinks/desserts on offer too! I love the pasembur and the indian fried noodles. Very popular with locals so be prepared to wait for a table during peak dining hours but... More

One stop center for all the local Penang food. Most of the food here is above average. Especially the Pasambur. So far I find it is one of the best in Penang.

This is a food court with the normal stalls selling among others fried kway teow, wanton noodles, prawn mee, pasembor and laksa. Breakfast on weekends is especially packed. Reasonably priced, it serves the local community living and working around this area.

A place for locals to eat local food at local prices. The quality is good and the variety will cover most all the hawker food varieties.

I visit Batu Lanchang Market Food Court solely for the chinese stall pasembur. I have tried other places but they are no match to the one served here. Waiting period to eat-in or take-away can be quite a while during peak hours but otherwise, it's worth the wait.

Many nice & cheap hawker food could be found here, but the one I would recommend is the popiah & "Mou Dak Deng" char koay teow. Both are the hot seller among others. Besides, the other local favorites are pasembur & nyonya kuihs. For those who like to go for all these, please be early to avoid crowd, especially during... More
