I always eat here when in Essaouria. Lovely food, nice people. Small for cosy and always really busy so it much be good!
We came a little early, which was lucky, because this restaurant has very few tables - and is popular. The kitchen is excellent in terms of simple and well cooked maroccan food. Service is smooth and friendly - and the price is very reasonable.
The best meal we had in Morocco. The chefs are very attentive to detail and everything we tried was fantastic. The dry fruits couscous and vegetables moussaka were the highlights of our meal.

Visited early evening when restaurant had just opened. 8 people and two dogs. Were welcomed Food was fantastic. The Moroccon soup must be tried. A really pleasant experience with smiling helpful staff.
They had great service and the restaurant was quite cozy. We had the kefta tagine, shrimp wok and fresh chips. It all tasted great and it was all for a great price.
