This restaurant offers Tourist Menu for 18 soles including drinks, two courses and desert. Since it is off Lima street, they don't get as much business but still the kitchen and service are a bit slow. Food and drinks are good though. They have live music some days.

Went because they had a three course dinner for fifteen soles. Food wasn't horrible but not great. They originally advertised that pizza was included, but when I tried to order said it was too early for it, which was frustrating. Coffee tasted like instant coffee. Not bad but probably wouldn't come again.

At the suggestion of a man on the street getting business for Ecco, we stopped by for some drinks. The vibe was great. Good music. The bathrooms are sort of outside so on a cold day, beware!

Eccos has so much character. It's kind of a retro hipster bar with colored lighting and old photos of rock stars hanging on the walls. There is additional seating upstairs and it has a back room with a large clay oven and a couple of pool tables you are welcome to use. Eccos even has a giant globe that sits... More

Food wasn't the best but wasn't the worst. I was able to get some vegetarian options. The desserts are not very good; chocolate cake is basically a dry brownie & flan looks store-bought. The pool tables were a nice touch & the stage is set up great for a live band. Nice seating lounge upstairs. Good for large groups.

Great quality of the food. Menu with 3 courses for 18 soles. Atmosphere and decoration still has a lot of potential, but the cook really knows what he is doing!

Ecco was a short walk from the Casa Andina Private Collection. It was located in a hotel with lovely gardens. The food was fine. Service was a bit iffy as we arrived in mid afternoon and the permanent staff seemed to take a break and leave us with a young girl who did her best, but was unsure of herself.... More

We arrived late in Puno and just wandered around the main square looking for dinner. We stumbled across the venue and were very pleasantly surprised. The guacamole was excellent, as was the diet soup (a hearty chicken noodle soup). Pizzas were fine, but seemed to have a good range.

This is a great place to get a cheap and tasty dinner. 15 sols (£3.75) for 3 courses and a drink and the food is above average. Al paca with mash and trout and garlic sauce come highly recommended!

Good prices, decent food. Don't come here expecting glitz and glamour. It's a chill, laid back lounge that serves food. If you are not in the rush, have good company with you, and don't feel like dopping lots of Soles, try it.
