This nice Tapas restaurant is in the Greenbelt mall in Makati. They served flavourful Tapas and Paella. Gulas (baby eels tapas) is recommended.
It was a good place to meet with sailing friends away from the water. Good selection of wine and appetizers. Big table for big gatherings. High ceilings is a plus makes for good acoustics. I'd go back here anytime.
