Everytime i want a taste of comfort, i come here. It is a house turned restaurant full of native products and delicacies. My favorite things to order are the humba, bacalao, monggos, and fried fish. They also serve "binignit" on Fridays, which always runs out before the day ends! The staff and owners are also very friendly and accommodating.

I'm looking for a restaurant that serves salad that I came into this place. I Google it and first in the list was Abaseria. What I love about the place was how it was design. Its like you are in a store surrounded by variety of unique foods. The ambiance was great! I love the Green Salad.

This is a very small restaurant cum gift shop with only 3 or 4 dining staff. The filipino food like crispy lapu lapu fish, the best laing ( taro leaves cooked with pork and coconut milk crushed with chili), bacalao with a lot of crushed tomatoes ( always request to double the quantity of tomatoes to temper the salty taste... This place was highly recommended and I'm glad we came. The food was great, just like home-cooked meal. The restaurant was clean and service was great. Will definitely come back here the next time I come back to Cebu.

I went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday party, and it was perfect for that. Set in a residential area instead of some mall, the Abaseria is only visited by people who live nearby, or know that it exists. So it is not crowded despite serving good food. It is also unlike the many chain cafes that... More

To summarize everything that I experienced today with Abaseria: Great food, a very nice and accommodating staff and a wonderful ambiance. What more can you ask for? They also sell Philippine delicacies and other trinkets. The place has this home-y vibe and they can only accommodate a few people so it is best if you place a reservation ahead of... More

This restaurant is great. The place makes you feel relaxed. Food is amazing and affordable. The place feels like your home. I definitely recommend this restaurant. You can also buy local crafts. While your waiting you can browse and see the cultural arts. Love this place.
