The restaurant was beside our hotel, so it was the best option on those days when we were too tired/lazy to go somewhere far for lunch/dinner. Prices are reasonable for the food they serve, and the seafood and vegetables are fresh! I’m not a big...fan of the salted egg shrimps, but the black pepper shrimps were good. Their mussels and scallops were kind of small, haha. The pork bbq on stick looked big on the pic in their menu, but four pieces could only serve one person. Still, everything tasted good! My favorites would be the stuffed squid, sisig, black pepper shrimp, and snow pea shoots (just because they’re interesting). The downstairs area can get a bit noisy when it’s packed with people.More

Choobi choobi laid down in its variety of sea food choices. Freshness is guaranteed. Savory sea food taste is superb. It's place is near big malls and a walking distance church.

Came here straight from Cebu airport so that my parents could meet up with their high school friends that they hadn’t seen in years. That enabled me to just enjoy the food, which was important since I had been waiting eagerly to eat some Filipino...food! The BBQ pork sticks were hands down my favorite thing, with the baked cheesy scallops being a close second. Also had pochero, fish, fried pork intestines (it’s very crispy yet airy and I don’t know how it’s done) and shrimp (you need to peel it yourself but if you’re too lazy just eat the corn on the cob since it soaks up the flavor of the sauce). The disappointing thing was the mango shake, which was too watery and not sweet enough. Overall a solid restaurant choice for Filipino food, but make sure to order enough BBQ sticks.More

Good food for visitors from out of town and overseas - filipino dishes are worth a try. Oysters are imported and really fresh.

We ordered the crispy pata and 2 variants of shrimps. It was so good that we ordered another batch. For filipino food lovers...this is a good place to eat and enjoy honest to goodness pinoy food.

We ordered spicy coconut shrimp and salted egg pork ribs. Shrimps were just ok but the pork ribs were very tasty. The service was ok. Citrus lemonade was made out of instant powder drink, which was disappointing.

I love shrimps, so Choobi Choobi is the place for me, Great tasty shrimps, though there are other seafoods available on the menu. Good service though can get slow at times, but if the shrimps are good I don't mind waiting.

Our first stop in Cebu was Choobi Choobi since it's near and we're dead hungry from a delayed flight. We ordered a bag of seafood good enough to feed 3 adults and 2 kids, a plate of calamari, and another dish which I already forgot....They offered us unlimited rice for a specific additional payment, and the price for all is 1700+ which is surprisingly pricey if you don't know how small their serving is. Nevertheless, yummy food.More

It has been a while since I last ate here and just like before, I enjoyed my visit here. I consider this restaurant as one of the best seafood restaurants in the island. If you love shrimps, this is a perfect place for you. Choobi-choobi...also has a solid line up of Filipino dishes. It’s not cheap but and the quality is there.More

The menu of the food is expensive but The restaurant itself has a simple layout and nothing fancy. It is clean and comfortable. They serve mainly seafood and Filipino dishes. The quality of the food was average and the taste was rather normal.
