The place is always clean and they have some of the best sweets in Bacolod. It’s also a fantastic place if you’re looking to buy desserts as a gift. They provide very, very classy packaging to go with their sophisticated sweets.

After a sumptuous dinner at The Ruins our group went to Felicia's to satisfy the group's sweet tooth. Their cakes are moist and delicious and their ensaymada is huge. We tried several cakes and each got a small portion but we all ended up satisfied.

if you're the sweet tooth kind, Felicia cakes are the best. It's good that they now opened in SM Bacolod because it is more accessible and comes around in a quick shop for cakes. And their cakes are reasonably priced.
