There are hundreds of Il Patio in Moscow but this one is very central and with nice service. the Italian food proposed is a bit aproximation of real italian food however I appreciate the effort.

I don't like the restaurants where price quality is not balanced well. This is one of this places. I dont understand how this chain of restaurants is still alive. I ordered Carbonara today... I think its difficult to make bad carbonara, but the chief of this restaurant have done the impossible! Two thin and small pieces of bacon with NO... More

We enjoyed a nice booth for 6 and could have had 8 very comfortably. The food was quite good. In fact, it has been 2 years since I had a really good hamburger and this is where I got it. Most beef in Russia is not good, but they use the finest aged beef or I have not had a... More

A chain of nice italian restaurants, clean and warm, sympathetic decorations, acceptable prices, food is good (especially pizza) even if nothing very special. I like to come here sometimes with friends, service is not perfect but generally acceptable (if you are not too much in a hurry).

I sort of like this place. It's in a snake-like hall that houses three restaurants. I think this is the best of the three, though I think they may use the same kitchen. In any event, the pizzas here are actually decent. Service is friendly, can be a bit slow. Prices are also reasonable for Moscow. Note this is a... More

The Pizza was awful, the prawns tasted rotten, the staff were vile, the cutlery was dirty, the bread was hard, the salmon was served almost still alive, the pasta wasn't cooked... The toilets were dirtier than those of the kremlin, the manager wasn't interested in any comments... And it's not cheap! This restaurant is a joke.

Not for relax. Will be waiting quite a time before getting your meal. Suggest to find other place nearby.

We ate at the Il Patio located on the Garden Ring, near the American Embassy for lunch today. Although it is a fairly large chain in the Moscow area, it serves really good and inexpensive food, at least by Moscow standards. The "Business Lunch" is excellent with a large variety of choices. I had a caesar salad with grilled chicken... More

Staying in Arbat

Neighbourhood Profile
Crowds of tourists, both local and international take in Old Arbat and its modern and gigantic peer – New Arbat. One reason visitors keep coming is no doubt Konstantin Melnikov’s famous private house, now open to the public and worthy of a visit. After exploring one of the oldest parts of Moscow, avoid the crowds and turn to the side streets and boulevards where calmness and affordable food is plentiful.
