The attitude of one of the waitors was unacceptable: ironic and sarcastic. The quantity of food was very small and the quality average. They are taking advantage of their location next to Tretyakov Gallery. Not recommended.

Sorry, but this was a very bad experience. The reservation was not correctly noted, they were out of cloth napkins (!), no cold beer, and the meat was overcooked (picture - this grey piece is certainly not medium rare). Earlier, this restaurant has been a...More

I wouldn't say the food was awful, but all dish were served at different time, and they even forgot to serve one dish. After that, they charged service charge which is not common in Russia. I would recommend to NOT EAT HERE.

We went here after visiting the gallery, and I have to say, although service wasn't very fast, the staff was nice and food was quite good, especially the salads and the borscht soup. Prices are alright too.

It wouldn’t be a mistake to call Pyatnitskaya street
the main axis of this neighborhood – turn one
direction and you’ll find the Tretyakov Gallery in
Lavrushinsky Lane, turn another – a hip Scandinavian
restaurant. Old churches now embrace contemporary life
with style and grace. Going to Zamoskvorechye is like
visiting during the times when it was a medieval
Russian quarter, but with a modern twist of 20th

"Tretyakov brothers" - a classic restaurant serving modern Russian cuisine. We are located in the heart of Moscow on the territory of the Tretyakov gallery in cosy house, belonging to the Tretyakov mansion, built in 1839. The chef of the restaurant Ludmila Ershova finds the balance between traditional Russian cuisine and contemporary culinary trends. At the forefront it puts the taste of food, quality of ingredients, as well as new and modern interpretation of classic recipes. In the menu you will find popular and world famous dishes such as Borscht with pampushkas, Russian pancakes with caviar, pelmeni and vareniki, and dishes by our chef, for example: soup-puree of lentils in the loaf of Borodinsky bread (280 rubles), salad olivye with quail and caviar (490 rubles), pancakes with salmon sauce confit and grilled vegetables (540 rubles). The interior of restaurant is executed in style of a noble estate, with a predominance of white, gold and blue. Native Russian subjects seen in the patterns on the walls and high vaulted ceilings. In the mansion, 3 rooms with a capacity of 30, 40 and 40 persons. Each hall has its own character and unique atmosphere. Upon entering the restaurant you will find yourself in the bright and cozy Small hall. The adjacent Grand hall will delight you with soft sofas. Blue Banquet hall is located on the floor below. It is the perfect venue for birthdays, weddings and business events. Every year from may to September, the restaurant "Tretyakov Brothers" offers to its guests, immersed in the colors, the cozy veranda with sofas. With the arrival of spring and warmth, we are adding a Bar menu Homemade lemonade. As for taming the summer heat will offer you frozen cocktails.
