One of the great disappointments about eating in China is the appalling standard of most restaurants : low quality ingredients , unimaginative cooking , dirty premises , rude indifferent staff , selfish smokers (in violation of local laws). Guilin is no different This restaurant at least tried - they made good attempts at Spanish dishes , staff were friendly &... More

Food and sangria were very good. It is a bit expensive for what it is but is was good to eat european food. Moreover, the waitress spoke spanish fluently and was really nice !

Just locating near Sheraton, we were surprised to found Spanish restaurant. The food was ok, the staff very friendly and delivered a lot of good advice to create our menu.

I had an urge for a western meal and sat down here with my Chinese lady friend (who started off her meal with a bowl of ice cream). Yes, the service was very good and the ambience a very pleasant respite from the chao chao noise of Chinese restaurants. We enjoyed a quite table outside. I had a paella which... More

Read some positive reviews about this restaurant so gave it a shot. We felt it was perhaps a little over-rated. Food wasn't bad but wasn't anything special. The staff weren't very attentive once they had us seated, no water top-ups etc. We also found a small hair in one dish, pointed it out but didn't get an apology or any... More

My family and I went to this restaurant as it was in front of the hotel. The waitresses spoke perfect Spanish and the food was very good. We had croquetas de bacalao [cod fritters], gazpacho and fried cod. The only thing I found that was not as we liked it was the flan as it lacked some sweetness. Overall I... More

The six of us ordered two paellas, shrimp pots, steak and some other dishes. The chef was just back from Spain and upgraded the taste and portion. It was quiet tasty and the setting was great for friends get-together! I loved the paella and ice cream!

Just next to Guilin Sheraton, this place is super convenient *if* you want to have something vaguely Western. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, fluent in Spanish and solicitous; they were definitely the bright side of our visit. The draft Tsing Tao was a safe bet amd came chilled. The problem was the food. The al ajillo prawns were... More

The food was excellent as well as the price. The seafood is very fresh and well done with a Spanish taste. Also, the waitress could speak Spanish

Being next to the Sheraton and the appeal of trying something other than Chinese food, and the high TA rating, we tried this restaurant. The service was good and the No Smoking was appreciated. But the food was not anything special. We ordered a Paella which was ok but the chicken and pork dishes we ordered were both flat hammered... More
