After a very hard day dealing with all the G20 crazyness that took over Hangzhou, this place was perfect to cool down, relax and just let the food parade start. We had crab dumplings, duck shanghai style, fish code in a delicious garlic sauce served in a very hot pan and an exquisite preparation of cauliflower with pork, ginger and... More

Reservations are accepted and everyone speaks English! The food was outstanding. There are limited options for vegetarians but the chef is incredible and can modify most dishes. The waitress was accommodating and friendly. The fresh orange juice was a wonderful way to start the meals. Whilst I stayed at the Hyatt I enjoyed their food numerous times.

had Lunch/Dinner several times here. The restaurant marked as Top 50 restaurant in Asia. As I local, I would say the food is not bad, especially the signature pork. But, Please improve the service. as a top restaurant, if you hire good chef ,u should also hire good waiter/waitress match the food, otherwise will ruin ur reputation. I say they... More

Be it the food or ambience or service, Hubin 28 scores par excellence on all points. One of us being a vegetarian was very particular about the food but left completely satisfied. A special mention for Hot & Sour Mandarin fish. Last but not the least, amazing service accommodating all our requests. Bravo! Keep it up.

Excellent Chinese food, and the chef even crafted specialized vegan meals for those in our group who are vegan. Recommend it highly!

Over a great experience, great food and service. The PDR service is very good and we really enjoyed the Beggar's chicken.

Any foreigner will be accustomed here. ground floor of the Hyatt Regency, nice and neutral deco with special attention to old China, attentive and supervised waiters, fairly good English spoken. Appears to be frequented by local high profile people which is also a sign of how good food is. Great presentation with everything you expect from such a place: flavors,... More

While travel in Hangzhou, made my mind to try the top 3 restaurant in Hangzhou which is Jin Sha @ Four Seasons at west lake, Hubin 28 @ Hyatt Regency and last is Zi Wei @ State Guesthouse. Had paid visit to Jin Sha first, then following day then visited Hubin 28. Location wise Hubin 28 is right in front... More
