The ramen is something everyone should try. Honestly, from the picture their ramen doesn't look enticing to me at all but I gave it a try. Look at the bowl size, yes that is the default serving size for this restaurant although you have option to order half the size. However, it seems like everyone regardless of gender and age... More

Title says it all. This place's ramen is amazing. The Sapporo style miso ramen with Chatsu is the best ramen I've had by far.

Actually we are attracted by the fragrance coming from the restaurant and decided to check it out! It's so damn good! Rich soup and huge bowl with lots lot of bean sprout! One day only serve 20 bowls!

Well the title says it all. Being from Taiwan, we are used to getting these Japanese ramen chains like Ichiran (tried this in HK) and Santouka Ramen. Well, after going to this local ramen place, I sort of changed my mind on those other chain ramens which I originally thought were very good. This place basically is truly the original... More

I was looking for good places of Ramen in Sapporo and saw it listed ok TripAdvisor and it didnt fail. It is amazing, small with kind people (they barely speak english). Hopefully the menú is in english so you can understand it. The first time i ordered the ramen with not too much salt and with pork slices was very... More

Ordered the shinshu ramen with char siew and kakuni (simmered pork belly). Imagine our delight after a cold and slippery walk to be greeted by hot and tasty ramen. This is the tastiest miso broth I've tasted in Hokkaido. Both the char siew and kakuni are soft and buttery. The only complaint I might have is that they do not... More

Went there twice with family during our stay in Sapporo. Super delicious ramen. Do order their number one flavors Shinshu ramen with pork cube (kakuni)....Simply irrestible...Small place, and you might have to wait a while to get the seat..But generally people just eat and go, thus waiting is not an issue .

Small place with limited seatings therefore waiting time is usually required. We were there about 9pm and waited for about 15 mins . The ramen was definitely worth the wait as they were delicious and one bowl of ramen cost about 800yen.

The shingen broth was good. Ramen noodles done just al dente with nice bite. Had the bowl with both chashu and pork 'cubes' as the menu describes it. Pork cubes was really braised pork belly in thicker slices and truly best part of the meal. They are mind blowing succulent and super tasty! If I could do it all over... More
