This is one of the best ramen I have ever eaten! I got the Soy sauce flavor, and it was delicious. the noodles themselves were seemingly marinated in soy sauce as well as it being the broth.

I walked 35 mins in the snow to get to this restaurant. And it was worth every step. This ramen was the best I've ever eaten. Deliciously smokey and full of complexity. But unfortunately not sure which one I chose. Too busy being blown away to take notes. Well worth a detour even if it's not close by.
