My family and I stayed here on New Year's Eve. We got 3 separate rooms since we are a big group. The rooms are quiet so we really had a good sleep. The linens are new and very clean. The bathrooms are clean and hot shower were all working very well. Indeed a perfect place to go if you just... More

We just recently been to this place last Saturday. My Cousin and I together with our friends enjoyed our night. We really love the food. Very approachable staff. I can't comment anything about the meals since it's all taste delicious. I love their lasagna. This is my all time favorite. Beef salpicao...hmmm. very mouth watering. They also have this smoking... If the title doesn't give it away already, you should definitely order La Scala's beef salpicao. Not only is it their best seller, but it is absolutely delicious. It's not the familiar taste you're used to, but it has such a rich taste you won't forget it anytime soon. It's also a healthy version since the owner is quite the... More

Great place for a quiet drink and something good to eat. Recently renovated, full of rock and roll memorabilia. Very clean, background music is unobtrusive (VERY hard to find in Malate.) Limited menu is a mix of local and European dishes. Large portions, above average quality. Second floor, steep stairs.

What a great way to leave Manila. We stayed at the Pan Pacific and this is located just 30 metres away on the first floor above La Scala hotel lobby. We shared a great prawn starter, paella and banana split. Very reasonably priced and better food than the Pan Pacific hotel. They have a great collection of memorabilia but unfortunately... More

La Scala has a infinity of collectibles especially from DC comics and coke products. Therefore you will surely not get bored while waiting for your breakfast. There are roomful of collectible to see and you will surely hope that you were born on that era. The food and coffee are great! Really worth coming to this place!

we were so impressed with Bob and staff here, they helped us get our sim cards up and running, were just so helpful and interested in our holiday, we made a point of calling on our way back, and they reinstalled our sim card, took us to the money exchanger and looked at our photos, amazing young people.

Conveniently located next door to the Pan Pacific Hotel, it's one of the few bars in the area not catering to the Red Light District Traffic. Warm and inviting, the staff will attend to every detail, engaging with you as much or as little as you would like. The restaurant is owned by an older ex-Filipino film star and is... More

We took a chance on this upstairs bar/restaurant as were passing by. It is chock full of memorabilia, most of it very interesting, most 60s ish rock. It is a small place, but with a unique menu. The star here is the paella. We orered a medium, at less than 900 php. It was way big! Very tasty, and everyone... More
