The coffee shop, Cafe Ilang-Ilang has been renovated and given a facelift. Even the menu was improved but the basic staples are still there - bibingka, puto bung-bong and hot chocolate.

Just casual will do and if you are a hotel guest some are wearing shirts and slippers, but if I were you to be safe wear casual clothes.
