We dine here quite often. Haven't been impressed with service lately. Usually sit in a bar booth. Decided to sit in dining room this evening. Our server was awesome. Anna Leigh was attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed our time here. While the food has always been tasty the service makes a huge difference.

Hate to degrade one of my favorite restaurants because I know we all have off times and this was definitely one of those times. Service was good as usual along with soups and breads and drinks. The chicken was just over cooked and the sauce was not hardly negligible which made it dryer.....Also pricing had gone up which I wasn't... More

We have enjoyed many wine dinners (Amici Club) here with friends, but January's was excellent! 4 courses with wine, explained each course, for $40. Enjoyed great shrimp, mezzaluna, chickencotti, dessert, and great laughs! Held monthly at Carrabba's locations.

Went here the week of Christmas to celebrate a family birthday. This was was one of my favorite places to dine in. Always a cozy friendly inviting atmosphere. Usually great service This night was a big disappointment. Hostess was sweet. Our server took forever to acknowledge us. She was somewhat rude when telling us the specials. Brought two wine glasses... More

Carrabbas does not exist where we live, so my wife insists on eating whenever we're on vacation. We stopped in on New Year's Day around lunch, expecting that things would be rough; we were wrong. We were seated instantly, our waitress (Janet) took care of everything, even the idiosyncratic wishes of our group of seven. The food was quite good,... More

My wife and I visited Carrabba's in Apex on a Sunday at about noon. It was not very crowded, but the service was as fast as I've seen at any sit-down restaurant in quite a while. The hostess seated us, the waitress came right over and there were no delays in any of the process. The food came out very... More

We've been regular customers here since the place opened. Service has declined noticeably over the last year. The waiters now apparently only take your order, while someone else brings your drinks and food to your table. Last night my wife asked for a glass of wine with our drink order. Someone else brought our water and some bread, but no... More

This was one of the few remaining chain restaurants we still went to. We stopped going to almost all of the ones that were big in the 90's and early 2000's. This was one of the few that still had a decent menu. This last time we went, the service was slow, the server was inattentive (the place was dead),... More

We've eaten at other Carraba's and this one is just not one we go back to. Cary's a better option. Service is ok, what anyone should expect of a restaurant, not more, not less. But the restaurant always has an odd odor and the food just doesn't meet their own chain standards... If you like Carraba's, keep the liking and... More

Food was very good! Service was excellent! The mussels in white wine were amazing. I had the chicken Marsala. My wife had the trio, steak and chicken Bryan. Good sized portions. Food was very tasty. Would highly recommend.
