My boyfriend and I had dinner here ima Saturday night. We didn’t have a reservation, but we were almost immediately seated. The best part of our dinner was our server Jethro (Brandon). He was amazing and made sure we had everything we could ever anticipate....More

Very good seafood options in high cuisine. Went on a Wednesday, which just happened to be a special night for locals with 40% off deals. Did not like the chips but the seafood dishes were delicious. Had swordfish and tuna. Good views and customer service....More

I appreciate being able to get the seafood broiled since I am gluten free. The scallops were cooked very well - not over done at all. The only reason I did not give the restaurant five stars is because the seafood plate comes with French...More

Continuing out culinary through Atlantic Beach, Amos Mosquito was next on our list. The ambiance was very relaxed and the staff very friendly. We began with cocktails, and crab cake appetizers. The crab cakes were okay, they were a little more bread crumb than crab,...More

AM is a jumping place, even in October. A must stop on the Crystal Coast. Excellent service. (Ask for Sunshine-yes that’s her name). She’s been there a long time, and knows everything. I got the Mixed Seafood Grill-skewered scallops, shrimp and a 4 ounce portion...More

That is correct. On Wednesday nights in the fall and winter all of our entrees are discounted about 40% from their regular prices. We would love to see you on a Wednesday night.

It really does not matter what day you go. I would suggest arriving 30 minutes early and wait in line to get in during 1st seating.

Welcome to Amos Mosquito’s Restaurant & Bar – or more affectionately known by locals as “Skeeter’s”. Established in 1999, Amos Mosquito’s offers a family friendly environment with a menu of fresh seafood and a wide variety of creative entrees. While in our first location on the Morehead City Waterfront, and here in our present location on Atlantic Beach overlooking beautiful Bogue Sound, we’ve had one primary goal in mind – to create the most unique, fun, and high quality dining experience that can be found in Eastern North Carolina. We have a seasoned staff of chefs, servers, and hosts who are passionate about making customers happy. Although we specialize in local seafood and offer at least two varieties of fresh fish every night, our menu also features chicken, pork and Sterling Silver beef.We make all our salad dressings, sauces and desserts in house and have a great children’s menu loaded with fun games and mosquito facts.Thursday nights are sushi nights at Amos Mosquito’s. We offer a full menu of fresh, made to order sushi in addition to our regular menu.Amos has a full bar and a wonderful, reasonably priced wine list.Reservations are not accepted, but you may call us to place an order for take out.
