I am not sure what all the fuss is about - the coffee is average if not less, the price for what you get is mildly disappointing, and the atmosphere feels a bit crowded (if at a table - to move from your table you might bump into the chairs of the table behind you).

Start your meal with pie, because you want room for it! My fiancé and I have great memories of many meals there. The food is wonderful and feels like home. The staff know everyone by name and love what they do. Great iced tea and did I mention the great selection of pies?!!!! Stop and enjoy a great time at... More

I was in town for a history conference at Ashland University. I stopped in for breakfast. What a great choice! I enjoyed an omelet with the works...hash browns and topped with cheese. Great coffee! My waitress was friendly and kept the coffee full. Just wish I could have tried the pies. Another reason to come back!

Lynway is a family restaurant, frequented by the 50+ crowd, though I do have some young students who love it, too. The specials are always good, and the broasted chicken is a hit. The Buckeye Pie is to die for!

Long time family business and they take a lot of pride in that fact. I was REALLY tired after a long day which included driving from Bath, NY, visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame then driving as far as Ashland due to the RNC in Cleveland, so ordered just the homemade vegetable beef soup. It was fabulous. Better... More

We were too full to eat a piece of pie, which is the house speciality. Visit when you are really hungry. If you enjoy food made from scratch, you should enjoy a meal at the Lyn-Way,

We were passing through Ashland and stopped at the Lyn Way because of the reviews. This place was exactly what we needed after a long drive. The food was delicious and home cooked, and the extensive menu meant there was something for everyone. The prices were really affordable, too. We're foodies, and we appreciate good food that is lovingly prepared.... More

The Lyn-Way Restaurant is a family owned and family centered business. We offer great fresh ground beef for our awesome burgers. We are known for our Lyn-Way pies! We bake our own pies daily with many different varieties offered. We have been in business for 64 years as of 2015. We are still family owned by the same family.
