An absolutely fantastic place for a light meal. We ordered the Mushroom Wild and French Kiss paninis, they come on toasted focaccia bread and are very full of flavor. I wish this shop was in my home town, I would eat there very often. Soup...More

This friendly little shop on the main street of Ashland serves up very fresh food and has a creative menu. The "maharissa" wrap with tempeh was excellent, as was the "Girl from Ipanema" wrap, which my wife turned into a salad -- because Pangea will...More

There was so much going on in my panini; an amazing burst of colors and flavors: spicy chicken, cheese, peppers, spinach mushrooms, zucchini and more. the rapberry ice tea was great too and not sweet. I will be back next time I am in town/

Love this lunch spot. Homemade soup and fresh fresh food. The paninis are so good and filling. Interesting combination of flavors. Panini can be made gluten free. The turmeric bean soup was a hit so satisfying.

Whenever I go to Ashland which about twice a year, I always go to Pangea for lunch. They have the best wraps, and paninis in town. They also feature guest artist's works on the walls which is a nice touch. But be careful because lunch...More

Always nice soup choices. Like that you have the option of having a wrap as a salad. They brought all the sauces separately which were all interesting. Nice Indian/Mediterranean flavors.
