Excellent bar, excellent service, excellent food. Lark's is reliably delish! Husband had sturgeon which was quite flavorful and beautifully presented. The lamb noodle soup was warming on a cold Sat. night. I followed that with the arugula salad & added chicken. It was more than...More

We'd read positive reviews and made this our only dinner in Ashland. Our waitperson was helpful and we appreciated her recommendations. My only complaint was one waiter who klomped back and forth unaware of his disturbing the atmosphere. Surprised that management was oblivious to this....More

Wonderful food and cocktails. Fried chicken was best I've ever had. Kind and attentive wait staff. Highly recommend.

For an early supper before a play at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, my wife had the meat loaf and I had the Rabbit Cacciatore. Both were excellent. My soup bisque of fennel and celery root was surprisingly good and the wines were excellent. The service...More

Lovely atmosphere here reminds me dining with my Nana in downtown Portland - there's a retro charm about Lark's. The menu is wonderful - I probably should've ordered something besides the Cubana sandwich - although it was OK and served with a beautiful assortment of...More

I've eaten here countless times. Food and service are always exceptional. Best to make reservations during OSF season, especially if you plan to see a play after your meal.

I believe they open between four and five PM. Most restaurants in Ashland start serving dinner early so diners can see some of the Green Show and an 8:00 curtain at OSF.

LARKS HOME KITCHEN CUISINE celebrates Oregon - its farms, orchards, creameries and wineries - offering dishes that excite and surprise with freshness and flavors. We are passionately committed to offering the most fresh & local ingredients possible. Larks celebrates Oregon's bounty by creating innovative cuisine from scratch, offering a unique dining experience. Our restaurant Executive chef, Damon Jones, is a master in showcasing opulent seasonal ingredients delivered daily from local farms, delighting visitors with the flavors of this amazing region. Larks' kitchen is full of many talented people including two Sous Chefs - Franco Console and Robert Wilson - Pastry Chef Terra Sharp, and many other 'food artists' whose creativity and attention to quality is expressed in every daily special. Dishes like steak, hearty soups, flavorful salads and grilled Northwest steelhead are the most popular. Other specialties include pork chops and apple and caramelized onion fondue. Ingredients like truffle oil, wild mushrooms, hazelnuts, pears, and marionberries layer in the Oregon flavor. Our Pastry Chef's creations depend on what is available that season and include fruit tarts, chocolate cake with housemade salted caramel ice cream, or cranberry-pumpkin bread pudding. Our beverage selection extends the theme of local and seasonal with a choice of herb-infused cocktails made with Oregon spirits, local wines, and beers. Larks' downtown Ashland, Oregon restaurant creates a connection between restaurant guests and our local farmers, ranchers, distillers, and winemakers. Come on in for a taste of local flavor.
