Good as always. Been coming here for years. Italian Cuisine. Best spaghetti sauce in town. Excellent meatballs. Very best lasagne....made with light fluffy ingredients....not of the traditional meat kind....I think its main ingredient is ricotta cheese....fluffy like a bit of heaven ! Fast courteous staff. Best to call ahead to see if your favorite dish is being made that night... More

Great Italian food but do not go if the shift is going to change in 15 minutes or so because they will not wait on you. Craziest thing I have ever seen. You just sit there with bread and water until the next shift shows up.

This place is often not thought of or overlooked. Simple decor, nothing fancy at all, but food is great! Lasagna is wonderful as is the gnocchi dinner.

Lived here a long time, been here several times. Always leave feeling ripped off. Prices are high considering it is pasta and they charge much extra for homemade. I think if that is your specialty that is what you serve everyone. Sauce is not as good as Ragusa. Waitress can be rude. Only go when I must.

Celebrated birthday with many family and friends. The restaurant dealt with our group really well. Service was accurate and fast. The food was outstanding. I had the homemade noodles and meatballs, which is ALWAYS an amazing meal.

Great Food and Service. We always visit Lena's when we come to PA - they are related to the family and they have GREAT food. Everyone is very friendly and service is fast. GREAT Italian food and their stuffed cabbage rolls are "awesome"

Recommended to us - and Lena's was wonderful. Great family feeling. Eggplant Parmesan was terrific and the meatballs were incredible. The cannoli's for dessert were delightful. We will definitely go back again a (and again).

I've been here multiple times with family because they like it. But here is what I don't like. I dislike that fact that you have to ask for the homemade noodles because if you forget your dinner is pretty much ruined. I also don't like when you order spaghetti with meatball it's 1 giant meatball. I wish they would only... More

Good service and good italian dinners. The sauce tastes the same as it did decades ago and the homemade noodles are stellar compared to boxed pastas. Very consistent and a staple for Altoona. Only disappointment is they removed the braciole from the menu.
