Just ate at this location for lunch and the baked potato with brisket was super yummy. I love knowing that no matter which Rudys you stop out you get the same food. The meat is sold by the pound or you can get sandwiches. The creamed corn is a delightful side. The self serve bar has peppers, pickles and onions... More

This location is identical to the Rudys in Waco. Food is consistent with other locations. Bathrooms are clean and attended by staff. It's easy to access from the highway and easy to get back on. I prefer their chicken and brisket. Breakfast tacos if available are my favorite.

Good Texas style BBQ. You buy the meat by the pound. I am picky about BBQ and will be back. Brisket is excellent. No need for sauce. Pulled Pork was average. Sides are very good. Establishment is clean and the staff are friendly.

Ordering at Rudy's is very easy and the staff are always friendly. We ordered regular sausage, jalapeno sausage, brisket, pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, cole slaw, beans, and for those who can eat dairy banana pudding. This was our 2nd visit and the food was as good as we remembered.

Not the best brisket but still good. Needed more time on smoker. Sides are average though three bean salad is good.

Great Food: Sampled the brisket and turkey. Turkey was very moist, the best turkey I've personally had. Chose the brisket as it is my go to...extremely tender. Selected two sides, one of which was a dessert. A little pricey how they have it set up but you definitely get what you pay for. Great Service: Engaged in conversation from the... More

This place proved the adage that the best BBQ is inside gas stations might be true. Couldn't tell if it started as BBQ joint or gas first, but the restaurant is now worth the stop. Cut your meats right in front of you and the sauces are really good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ordered pork, brisket, ribs, potato salad, slaw and beans. Also sissy sauce and Rudy's sauce. Sauce were very good, sissy sauce was sweeter than the Rudy's sauce. Both were mild and not too hot. Had some jalapeños with our meal and they added some hot. Salads and beans were delicious Meat was tender and very tasty. Will return next time we are in the... More

This is a chain throughout Texas and surrounding states. Started west of San Antonio. It is so good you can get it in most Texas cities. My wife loves the lean brisket, sweet cream corn and the rice Krispy treat for desert. I like the baby back ribs and sliced turkey. The line inside is sometimes long because they hand... More
