Nice environment and good service. I wasn't fond of the food. Greasy tacos. Bagged salad served on tacos etc. Rather hard to eat. I'm not in Amarillo often but this will be off my list next trip.

When I travel to Amarillo I usually make this one of my stops. The food is fresh and delicious. I especially like their salsa. The lunch menu has a good variety of options even down to some really good american food options.
Great place to meet up with friends and have a cold beer and simply delicious Mexican food. The bar makes very good drinks and the salsa selections have a taste and heat level for everyone. I love the TG plate which is grilled tacos. I...More
My husband and I drove across town to come here, because so many of our mexican friends say this is their favorite. Now i see why! Great service! Super hot hot sauce! I ordered the fish tacos (I'm a fish tacos connoisseur) They were great!...More
Hands down the best Queso and Margaritas in Amarillo. Actually, probably the best Queso, period. The margaritas are tasty and there's not a bit of stingy-ness with the tequila. (Seriously, after one you might not want to drive. After 2 it's out of the question.)...More
Nicely appointed restaurant with good service and pretty darn good TexMex. We had huevos rancheros, a combo with a beef taco and a chalupa, barbacoa, an order of really good guacamole and supposedly sopapillas for desert. The sopapillas are really more like little buttermilk donuts...More
This place NEVER disappoints! I had the chicken/sour cream enchiladas. The sauce is rich and creamy with moist chicken. Simply the best!
Tacos Garcia has on their menu a New Mexican enchilada plate that features New Mexican style sauce and blue corn tortillas and IMHO is the best rolled enchilada in West Texas! Green or Red Chili are both sublime! If you want more than Tex-Mex food...More
Came here for late dinner. Seated at a table with my back to general area. Ordered a margarita on the rocks. Not cold even though on ice, weak. Selected a single relleno because it wasn't fried. Food was very hot but fairly tasteless. Relleno smothered...More
Been here a few times and have had mostly good, figured a good time to review. The lunch was good, I had the chimi with Barbacoa and my wife had the queso with brisket on the side. Both were very good but the brisket had...More
